Who We Are
Let’s have a tête-à-tête.
In French, a tête-a-tête is a private, personal conversation between two people. Our practice’s name is derived from this classic phrase, as we strive to offer personalized psychological treatment provided by highly experienced clinicians.
Mental Health Conditions
Conditions we see
At Tête Therapy, we support clients facing a wide range of psychological challenges. Whether you're navigating depression, coping with anxiety, healing from trauma, or struggling in your relationships, our therapists are here to help.

Depression
We help individuals navigate feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and fatigue to rediscover a sense of purpose and connection.

Anxiety
Therapy provides tools to manage worry, panic, and overthinking so you can feel more grounded and in control.

Trauma
Our trauma-informed care creates a safe space to process painful experiences and begin healing at your own pace.

Relationships
Whether romantic, familial, or social, we support you in building healthier, more fulfilling connections with others.

Disordered Eating
We support individuals struggling with disordered eating by exploring the emotional roots behind food behaviors and body image concerns.

Life Transitions
Life transitions can be overwhelming, even when they're positive. Therapy provides support, clarity, and tools to help you navigate change.
Our Approach
Evidence-based treatments
We use evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to support healing from anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues—all in a warm, inclusive space where your growth, identity, and safety matter.

CBT
CBT is a practical, evidence-based approach that helps you identify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, then replace them with healthier alternatives.

EMDR
EMDR is a transformative therapy designed to help individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences. By using structured eye movements or bilateral stimulation, EMDR allows the brain to reprocess distressing memories in a safe, controlled environment.

Art Therapy
At Tête Therapy, we use art as a powerful therapeutic tool—inviting clients to explore emotions, process trauma, and foster self-understanding through mediums like drawing, painting, collage, and movement.

Psychodynamic Therapy
Psychodynamic Therapy is a deep, insight-oriented approach that helps clients uncover unconscious patterns rooted in early life experiences. We use this modality to explore how past relationships and internal conflicts shape us.

Individual and Group Therapy
Whether you're seeking one-on-one support to work through personal challenges, or looking to connect with others in a safe, therapeutic group setting, our clinicians are here to help you grow, heal, and feel supported.

Our 8 clinicians are licensed in several states and have successfully treated patients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and other psychological conditions.
