Individual Therapy
What is Individual Therapy?
Individual therapy is a one-on-one experience with a licensed clinician. It’s a personal, confidential space where you can speak freely, process emotions, and work toward growth. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, trauma, or simply want space to reflect, individual therapy offers a personalized approach to healing.
What Can It Help With?
People seek individual therapy for countless reasons. It can address:
- Depression, anxiety, trauma, or grief
- ADHD and neurodivergent challenges
- Relationship issues or life transitions
- Stress, burnout, and emotional regulation
What to Expect
Sessions are led by an empathetic therapist who tailors the approach to your needs. They may use evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, EMDR, or Psychodynamic therapy to help you build awareness, shift thought patterns, and foster resilience.
Couples Therapy
What is Couples Therapy?
Couples therapy is a collaborative space for partners to improve communication, navigate challenges, and strengthen their bond. It supports couples through conflicts, infidelity, family planning, financial stress, or emotional disconnection.
Benefits of Couples Therapy
With the support of a trained therapist, couples can:
- Rebuild trust and intimacy
- Improve communication and emotional safety
- Resolve recurring conflicts
- Explore shared goals and values
Our Approach
We draw from The Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness-based practices. We also offer support for nontraditional relationships and premarital counseling. Every couple is welcome—regardless of background, structure, or identity.
Family Therapy
What is Family Therapy?
Family therapy brings members together to explore patterns, resolve conflict, and improve relational dynamics. It’s about strengthening the whole system while supporting each individual within it.
When to Consider Family Therapy
Families often seek therapy to address:
- Divorce, separation, or blended family challenges
- Adolescent behavioral concerns
- Communication breakdowns or trust issues
- Grief, relocation, or life transitions
What Happens in Session
Therapists guide honest dialogue and emotional reflection while fostering empathy. Our sessions may involve all family members or a smaller subset, depending on the situation. Over time, families build stronger, healthier bonds.
Group Therapy
What is Group Therapy?
Group therapy connects individuals facing similar challenges. It’s a space to share, listen, and grow—facilitated by a licensed therapist and shaped by the power of community support.
Why Join a Group?
Group therapy reduces isolation, increases insight, and provides an opportunity to practice skills with others. It’s especially helpful for those navigating anxiety, grief, identity questions, or relational difficulties.
